Mission Statement
– Nipawin Daycare Co-Operative is a non-profit center committed to servicing and supporting the community in establishing and administering high-quality childcare which values the cultural backgrounds of the families in the delivering of these services.Vision Statement

– High quality childcare and early education support to promote healthy intellectual, emotional and physical growth of children.
– They key to quality childcare and early education is trained and stable staff.Membership and Board of Directors
– The daycare is operated by a parent board of directors elected at the annual general meeting. The board is elected from the membership by the members at the AGM and serves a 2-year term. The board meets monthly at the daycare to discuss the day-to-day operations.
– Names and phone numbers and the current board are posted on the parent bulletin board. Please feel free to call them.
– Membership allows your child to attend the center, you to attent monthly board meetings as an observer, voting at the annual general meeting, to nominate board members and the opportunity to be elected and serve on the Board of Directors.
– Membership cost is $2.00 and is added to your first months bill. It is valid as long as your child is enrolled at the center. The membership will lapse after 24 months of inactivity.
– In efforts to keep the fees down at the center you may be asked to volunteer to participate in fund raising activities.
– Open and ongoing communication with families is highly valued by the center and staff. Please feel free to ask questions or stay and talk with the staff. Our doors are always open.
